Meet Our Founder
Riley, a corporate drop out took a lay-off package from Lockheed Martin as a technical recruiter in 2017. Her hiring expertise extended to engineering executives and IT professionals for Lockheed Martin Space Systems and Integrated Systems and Government Services. Prior to her lay-off in 2017, Riley returned from a trip to Paris France (Black Paris) with seven other women, Riley founded the ODOS Synergy Services travel services business.
After realizing the limitation and gaps in obtaining financial resources for starting her business. Lisa felt compelled to empower African American and Diverse Women of Color entrepreneurs to provide a database of business resources and information to help them sustain their businesses. She founded ODOS 501c3 for women who are 40-50 years of age, corporate drop-outs or laid off, seeking options and new career or business guides women to remove their fear and step out on faith provide to start their businesses. She has hosted multiple social, travel events, spoke on several radio shows and coordinated and hosted her first ODOS Women of Color
Changing the Narrative Entrepreneur economic development conference in March of 2019.
Riley is concerned with the increase of diverse female entrepreneurs, the disparity in resources and limited financial and funding resources compared to white female counterparts, African American Women entrepreneurs will be left behind in the digital and global market place.
There are significant niches and careers evolving in the global market including government contracts, cybersecurity, emotional intelligence and cryptocurrency careers and businesses evolving for diverse women entrepreneurs. ODOS intends to explore these evolving tech-savvy markets.
